Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time after purchase. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the following month.

Yes, unused subscription credits will be cleared before the next month's credits are issued. For example, if your plan includes 5,000 credits and you have some remaining when the next cycle begins, those will be cleared and you will receive a fresh set of 5,000 credits.

Subscription plans operate on a 30-day billing cycle. For example, if you purchase on January 10th, your credits will refresh on February 10th. However, since some months have fewer than 30 days (like February), the exact refresh time may fluctuate. Please refer to the refresh time displayed in the product interface for accuracy.

If you run out of credits before your billing cycle ends, you can purchase credit top-up packs directly from your account settings.

Yes, subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access to our services. You can manage your subscription settings in your account dashboard at any time.

When you choose an annual subscription, the full amount is charged upfront for the entire year. The effective monthly price is approximately 30% lower than the standard monthly plan.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

MangamiAI subscriptions and credit purchases are prepaid services. By completing your purchase, you authorize MangamiAI and its payment processor to charge the corresponding amount for the selected subscription or credits.

For users in the European Union or other applicable regions: Before completing your purchase, you will be informed that MangamiAI provides digital content and services that become available immediately after payment. By purchasing, you explicitly request the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you waive the 14-day withdrawal right.

If you choose to delete your account, all remaining credits and paid balances will be permanently removed and cannot be refunded.
